Women in Music

​

We finish our season with a concert highlighting the contributions of women to classical music. Castlegar native and SOTK favourite Amy Zanrosso returns to perform Brahms’ Piano Concerto. We also feature 3 wonderful melodic works by women: Ethel Smyth’s Boatswain’s Overture, Jocelyn Morlock’s Oiseaux bleus et sauvages and Jenifer Higdon’s Dance Card No. 1, 2 & 3.
